How far in advance should I place my order?

- At least 8 weeks in advance
- 2-4 weeks: express shipping fees will be incurred (fees depending on total weight)
- 1 week or shorter: depending on our instock, rush fees will be incurred (not applicable to invitation cards)
 
Custom Suite:
 
Orders will take between 4 to 8 weeks to complete, with reference to the estimated timeline listed below:
 
1 to 2 weeks: Order, digital proof and revision
3 to 4 weeks: Digital flat printing (traditional invitation)
4 to 6 weeks: Letter press, foil press and other production methods
1 to 2 weeks: Envelope addressing, embellishments and other add ons if applicable
 
Thus, we will recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible.

How many invitation cards should I order?

Accepted Answer

In general, it is a good rule of thumb to count addresses/households rather than individuals. As additional reprints are costly after your design is printed, it is best to determine your needed quantity and add another 15-20 extra to give yourself room for last minute invites, misplace or damage and keepsakes.

Is there a mimimum or maximum quantity of invitations/favours I can order?

Yes, we have minimum orders for both invitation cards & favours and there is no maximum quantity. Please contact us if you require more information.

Question 4

I have already submitted my order & will require more. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

You can email us right away and we will assist you accordingly.
 
Should your invitation cards have already been sent for printing, an additional set-up fee and cost of add-ons will be chargeable. An additional lead time will also be incurred.

I don't need as many invitations/favours anymore. Can I change my order?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to reduce the quantity after order is placed. Thus, please ensure that the right amount of orders are selected before checking out.

Is it possible to rush my order or to expedite my ordering process?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may request that your order be rushed. However, rush orders are taken on a case-by-case basis. If orders are deliverable on your requested date, an rush order fee will be incurred to accommodate the rush order.

How do I submit the details for my cards & envelopes addressing?

Accepted Answer

Once your order for handwritten calligraphy name & addressing is placed, a form will be provided to you to acquire the details.

Will my invitation card suite come assembled?

Accepted Answer

No, the suite will be delivered separately.
 
However, you can opt for additional services such as assembling only or one-stop service which includes calligraphy handwritten name & addressing plus assembling.

What is the return & refund policy?

Should there be any issues, do drop us an email immediately so that we can work out the best way to address your concern.
 
We will correct the items accordingly and have the said items be re-delivered should the items be erroneously delivered/printed. Items that are defective may be returned within 7 days as long as the items remain unused and the packagings intact.
 
Please note that we do not provide refunds for shipping costs. Shipping fee should be bear at your own cost.
