Our order guide will assist you in the process of ordering, policies and the customisation options available.
We encourage you to review and refer to this guide while preparing for your order submission.

01. Select your choice
Browse the catalogues and chose the design(s) that best suits your aesthetic views.
Product may have option for:

We recommend you to place your order at least 3 months before your big day.
02. Place your order
During the ordering process, you can submit the design selected & we will contact you shortly for more information.
A digital proof featuring your selected design will be sent thereafter for your approval.
03. Confirmation
Once you have reviewed your digital proof, you can either proceed to approve it or to make adjustments.
04. Proofing & Delivery
The production will begin after the final approval of the proof.
We will follow up when the production is completed and ready to be delivered or collected.
Please kindly note that should any changes be required after confirmation & production, full cost will be incurred by the client.

We recommend you to place your order at least 2 months before your big day.
02. Place your order
During the ordering process, you can submit the product(s) selected & we will contact you shortly for order confirmation.
03. Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent thereafter for reviewing and any clarification.
An official invoice will be sent thereafter.
04. Payment & Delivery
The production of your order will begin after the collection of your payment.
We will follow up when the order is completed and ready to be delivered or collected.

Orders will take approximately 4 to 10 weeks to complete -
1 to 2 weeks: Order, digital proof and revision
1 to 2 weeks: Digital flat printing
4 to 6 weeks: Letter press, foil press and other production methods
1 to 2 weeks: Envelope addressing, embellishments and other add ons if applicable
Thus, we will recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible for your invitation to arrive in plenty of time.

300gsm Cardstock Paper
With clean, straight cut edges and a softly textured surface, this is the paper of choice for digital printing. Also, the perfect paring with our vellum wraps.
300gsm Linear Cardstock Paper
The paper is ideal for letterpress and foil printing due to its thickness and supplement that allows for a deeper impression of your design when letter pressed.
Deckled Paper
Featuring a softly hand-torn feathery edges, it is well suited for a delicate letterpress, foil or digital impression.
